This classic porcelain tile size is suitable for most projects. A bathroom, utility or cloakroom design where the number of grout lines is a secondary consideration due to the size of a space is a common environment to find the porcelain tile. Frequently positioned on a wall, a medium sized tile is usually accompanied with a larger floor tile that is either darker in tone or the same colour. Aligning grout lines when the wall tile meets a floor tile is another method to create a seamless movement across both spaces.
